Internet sensation and former HashT5 member Marlou Arizala recently announced on Facebook his plans of undergoing plastic surgery.
In a Facebook post, photos of the internet sensation spotted inside a hospital became viral. In a video Arizala expressed his happiness and excitement over his upcoming surgery and even asked his fans to pray for him to get better.
