Actress Arci Muñoz was chosen by Metro Magazine to be their cover for the Super Woman issue of May 2016 as they celebrate its 27th year. The issue is dedicated to all the super women out there and to feminism.
Because of Arci’s Super Woman photos posted all over social media, the speculation that Arci may play the role of “Darna” crop up. But Arci made it clear that their is no such talks yet:
In an interview with Marie Lozano for ABS-CBN TV Patrol, Arci made it clear that the pictorial as Super Woman has nothing to do with the possibility of her playing the role of Darna.
“Sympre maiisip naman nila yun pero walang connection at all, ayaw ko munang magsalita” said Arci.
