Tony and Olivier award-winning star and recording artist Lea Salonga raised a question on Twitter whether people should be given an IQ or an EQ test before they are granted internet access? This is perhaps in relation to the growing number of people experiencing bashing and abuse on the internet.
People took time to answer Lea’s question, and a healthy discussion ensued – some agrees and some disagrees.

According to Coach Lea, the reason why she asked that question is because she is tired of the so much abuse, bashing and idiocy online that seem to be the rule more than the exception.
Coach Lea added that the Internet is wonderful and life-changing but perhaps it’s still a work in progress.
But on a separate post, Coach Lea said that after giving it much thought, she disagrees to the IQ/EQ idea but she asked again another question – ”how do we make Internet abusers accountable for the evil they commit? Ideas, anyone? Anyone?”
