Isabelle Duterte, granddaughter of President Rodrigo Duterte celebrated her 18th birthday last January 19, 2018 at the Manila Peninsula Hotel. It was attended by her family, relatives and friends.

Isabelle’ elegant blue gown was designed by Michael Cinco.
