Like so many A-list celebrities, Dawn Zulueta attended the glamorous Governor’s Ball for the 65th Miss Universe on Monday, January 16 at the SMX Convention Center. But the actress proved that her allure was undeniable as she managed to turn heads despite stiff competition from the Miss Universe contestants.
In an Instagram post, the actress shared her outfit of the night, wearing a navy blue gown completed with a gold belt and purse.
