Kristoffer “Ian” de Leon proved that there is more to him than just being an actor and son of prominent showbiz personalities— Nora Aunor and Christopher de Leon—by saving the life of a young boy who was hit by a motorcycle.
According to a Facebook post by Kristine Madrigal Sarmiento, the actor came to the rescue of her 10-year-old boy when he got hit by a motorcycle while riding his bike on Monday (March 28, 2016).

Also through the same post, the mother expressed her gratitude and appreciation for Ian after being a “good samaritan” and helping her son without thinking twice.
“DOES ANYONE KNOW HOW TO GET IN TOUCH WITH IAN DE LEON, THE ACTOR AND SON OF NORA AUNOR AND CHRISTOPHER DE LEON? I WOULD LIKE TO PERSONALLY THANK HIM FOR RUSHING MY SON ETHAN TO THE EMERGENCY ROOM AFTER HE WAS HIT BY A SPEEDING MOTORCYCLE. HE WAS THE ONLY ONE WHO CAME TO THE RESCUE OF A TOTAL STRANGER ,WHILE ALL THE OTHER PEOPLE JUST PASSED BY AND LOOKED AT MY BLOODY 10 YEAR OLD HELPLESS SON WHO WAS ALONE WHEN THE INCIDENT HAPPENED. SUCH AN ACT OF KINDNESS SHOULD BE EMULATED BY EVERYONE! NOT TOO MANY GOOD SAMARITANS AROUND ANYMORE. PLEASE HELP ME GET IN TOUCH WITH HIM.”
Based on the comments section of the said Facebook post, the mother said that the actor was able to get hold of the suspect. Moreover, she affirmed that the young boy is “okay” after undergoing a major operation.
