Weeks after Jasmine Curtis-Smith admitted that she is dating a non-showbiz guy, multitalented ABS-CBN artist Sam Concepcion finally shared his insights about his past relationship with the young actress and her new flame.
Through an interview with the King of Talk Boy Abunda on his late night entertainment talk show “Tonight With Boy Abunda” on Tuesday evening (March 15, 2016), the Kapamilya actor-performer looked back at his relationship with Jasmine which lasted for over a year.

Sam admitted that he tried and did everything he could just to win Jasmine back. But the 23-year-old actor-performer said that there came a point when he realized that “everything happens for a reason,” which is why he has decided to let go of the 21-year-old actress.
“I’ll be very honest, I really tried to (win her back). I don’t know how many calls, or texts, or me just showing up out of nowhere—trying to hold on to whatever I still could in that relationship. But sometimes some things have to happen that way, some things just has to happen, and wala eh.”
