Herbert “Ampang” Colangco revealed that then Department of Justice Secretary and now Senator Leila De Lima is receiving 3 million pesos monthly as “PR Payola”.
Herbert made the revelation during the Congress Investigation on Proliferation of Drugs Syndicates at the National Bilibid Prison.

“May P3 million kaming binibgay kay Secretary De Lima, buwan-buwan. Ikokolekta ko po sa area ko, P100,000, P200,000, may P500,000. So kapag umabot ng P3 million. Iyon ang PR payola po,” said Herbert Colanggo.
