Actress Heart Evangelista still feels like being on cloud nine every time she remembers the moment she first saw her husband, Senator Chiz Escudero.
In an Instagram post by Heart last September 4, 2015 she shared an old picture of Chiz giving a speech for the people from the Province of La Union, this old picture is special for this was the first time Heart saw Chiz.

Until now Heart is amazed by the idea that she married her dream guy.
