In recent reports, Heart Evangelista stated that she still does not have any plans of having a baby because of her showbiz commitments.
In fact, during the ribbon-cutting of Uncle Tetsu Cheese Cake at SM Megamall last March 26, 2015, Heart shared to the members of the press that she is using birth control pills as advised by her doctor.
Heart was very open about it, saying that after she is done with all of her obligations, she will soon stop using birth control pills and will start planning for a baby.

But, even though she is waiting for the right time to get pregnant, Heart already has ideas on what to name her baby, according to Heart if it’s a boy she’ll call him Francis like Chiz and if it’s a baby girl, she might name her Sofia.
