The reason why Toni Gonzaga and Paul Soriano met is because they both enjoy the music of Mr. Pure Energy Gary Valenciano. The newly engaged couple’s love story started when they met at a Gary V. concert in the year 2006.
In the press conference of the concert “Ultimate,” last February 9, 2015, Mr. Pure Energy shared how excited he is about Toni and Paul’s upcoming wedding and that he is happy that they are both ready to take the next level of a relationship, the journey to forever.

Knowing that he was somehow part of how Toni and Paul met, Gary then volunteered to sing for their wedding.
“I told to myself, ‘Lord, I’d been waiting for this moment that they would finally come together.’ People had been asking me years ago [about Toni and Paul settling down]’ But now this is the right time,” Gary V. shared.
Meanwhile, the concert “Ultimate,” which will be held at SM Mall of Asia Arena on February 13 and 14 will also feature Martin Nieverra, Regine Velasquez and Lani Misalucha.
