What better way to celebrate your birthday but to celebrate it with your family and love ones. Frankie Pangilinan celebrated her birthday with sister KC Concepcion and brother Miguel.
On her Instagram account, KC Concepcion posted photos with the three of them having fun and greeted her sister with a loving message:
