19 year old Janicel Lubina proves to everyone that dreams do come true. Janicel is one of the thirty-four candidates vying for a Binibining Pilipinas 2015 crown.
In a press interview held at Sofitel Philippine Plaza, Janicel (#11) from Palawan shared her life experience that she needed to work hard to support her family. Even to the extent of working as a house helper because her father suffered a mild stroke. Janicel further said that her mom worked as a house helper as well.
Janicel added that there is nothing to be ashamed of being a house helper and she is proud of her humble beginnings.
Prior to joining Binibining Pilipinas 2015, Janicel already joined other beauty pageant in previous years and won the Mutya ng Palawan 2012 title. She was crowned 1st Runner-up in Miss World Philippines 2013 and Slimmers’ World Miss Bikini Philippines 2013.
The Binibining Pilipinas 2015 will be on March 15 at the Smart Araneta Coliseum.
