It seems that the State of the Nation Address (SONA) has been an annual fashion event where the public get to see lawmakers and high officials dressed in their best gowns.
Politicians from different government sectors once again walked the red carpet before President Benigno Aquino III delivers his SONA at the Batasang Pambansa on Monday (July 27, 2015).
Heart Evangelista, wife of Senator Chiz Escudero stood out with her classic and sophisticated white Inno Sotto gown.
