“Mega Star” Sharon Cuneta is the latest victim of fake news online with the release of a false story regarding her.
In an article released by a website, Sharon allegedly announced on radio that she is HIV-positive, and that Sharon caught her disease from husband Sen. Kiko Pangilinan, and that she contracted the disease 5 years ago.

The article even used Sharon’s picture from 2015, during the time she returned to ABS-CBN. The news released by the website is fake and malicious.
A visit to Sharon’s Facebook page shows the Megastar in good health and busy with her role as judge on “The Voice Teens”. She will also be taping for a new movie and will have a concert tour in the U.S.
