TV host and news anchor Erwin Tulfo has officially left TV5.
The veteran news anchor explained on Facebook why he left the broadcasting network. On his post, Erwin Tulfo announced his departure from the company after staying with them for 7 years. He said that the reason for his departure is both personal and professional, clarifying that he does not harbor feelings of resentment against company owner Manny V. Pangilinan.

Tulfo continued his explanation by comparing his situation to that of a family’s setup. He said that as a good son, rather than arguing with your parents it’s better to just leave, since we were told to respect our parents and to not talk back to them because we love them.
Erwin Tulfo even shared that he is currently taking a break to spend time with his relatives and family in Davao and abroad. Announcing that he will also move to a new broadcasting company that is well-known nationwide.
Tulfo shared that the two sides are currently discussing about his contract. Adding that he will give further details about it in the following days. He also encouraged fans to look forward to his new shows on August.
