Days after posting a couple of intriguing photos on her Instagram account, Kapamilya actress Ellen Adarna finally confirmed that she is dating the mystery guy seen on her recent uploads.
Through an interview with push.com.ph, the 27-year-old actress affirmed that she is in a relationship with a non-showbiz guy which she opted not to name. Ellen also mentioned that she and her new beau did not officially label the relationship because exclusive dating—for foreigners—is basically the same as being committed in a relationship.

“Yes I am dating someone right now but he’s not Filipino. He’s not based here yet so there. I think mga Afam di naman sila ata nanliligaw, when you’re dating it’s clear na ‘tayo na’. Wala na ‘yung ligaw-ligaw na part. Yeah (in a relationship), I mean if I’m dating you, dating me ‘tayo na’. Pero it’s not like very Filipino na nililigawan ka pa.”
When asked about the specifics on her love life, Ellen chose not to reveal other details and said that she would rather keep her relationship as private as possible.
“I don’t really want to talk about it but yeah one month pa lang.”
