Filipino shadow play group El Gamma Penumbra has been declared the big winner of Asia’s Got Talent and bagged the $100,000 prize. They will also be given the opportunity to perform at the Marina Bay Sands.
The six man band “Khusugtun” Mongolian ethnic group wins 2nd Place while Filipina opera singer Gerphil Flores places third. Talento landed fourth.

After announcing the top 2 which eliminated Gerphil Flores from winning the grand prize, David Foster went onstage to whisper something to Gerphil. David then said “She was my golden buzzer and she is still my golden buzzer.”
For her part, Gerphil has this to say: “I thank God for the experience and for the blessings. I thank all my supporters, family and love ones for the support. I will not be here if not for their support.”
Junior New System and Gwyneth Dorado was among the nine grand finalists.
