Can you relate to this experience by Direk Joey Reyes?
Multi-awarded director Joey Reyes narrated that he was stopped by some security personnel after the alarm was triggered when he was leaving the Uniqlo branch at The Block of SM North EDSA.
Last February 25, 2015, the director posted on his Twitter page the humiliation he got when the security personnel searched his bag and even verified his receipt just because an employee of the said clothing brand forgot to remove the security top of one of the items he bought.
“The embarrassment of having my bag searched, my receipt verified because the stupidity of your employee tells me, Uniqlo, that I love H&M !” posted Joey Reyes.
Direk Joey tagged Uniqlo’s Twitter page with this message : “Embarrassing your customers because incompetence of your workers ain’t a good thing, @UNIQLOPH The Block.”
We hope that this will never happen again, even to other customers.
