Dreamscape Production announced last July 15, 2015, that Kapamilya star Julia Montes will join the upcoming series “Doble Kara”.
The series was supposed to be the project reunion of Julia Montes and actor Enchong Dee since their last team up was way back 2013 for the melodrama television series “Muling Buksan Ang Puso”.

In an Instagram post, Dreamscape introduced the new cast for “Doble Kara”. Julia co-stars with “Your Face Sounds Familiar” finalist Edgar Allan Guzman, and young star Anjo Damiles.
No reason was given as to why Enchong is missing from the cast and the sudden inclusion of Anjo. Does it mean Enchong will be replaced by Anjo?
“Doble Kara” will be under the direction of renowned director Erick Salud who was behind the hit series “Rubi,” “Aryana” and “Kung Tayo’y Magkakalayo”.
