Hitting the gym might not work for Derek Ramsay’s busy schedule, as he currently works on some major projects—both on big screen and on television.

On Thursday (December 10, 2015), Derek posted a photo of his toned body with a six-pack abs and appeared like he just finished working out.

Having a good body physique, Derek’s photo seemed to invite his fans and followers to do the same routine as he shared series of exercises on the caption of the said post:

“15 min workout done! 10 jump squats, 10 push up burpees and 20 jumping jacks. Repeat these 3 exercises for 15 min. Enjoy!!!”
