The Quezon City Prosecutor’s Office dismissed the child abuse charges filed by actress Sunshine Cruz against her estranged husband, action star Cesar Montano.
Back in February 2015, Sunshine filed a case against Cesar after allegedly pleasuring himself in front of their daughters some time in 2014; causing distress, psychological, and emotional violence to Sunshine and her daughters.

According to the resolution released by Assistant City Prosecutor Ferdinand Baylon, the case failed to produce sufficient evidence to prove that Cesar did the misconduct in front of his minor daughters.
Unlike the dismissal of the child abuse case, the annulment case filed by the actress against Cesar is still on going up until now.
