De la Espriella, a Colombian law firm announced through their official Twitter account that they are currently working on the case that will be filed against Miss Universe organization after the controversial announcement mishap during the coronation night.
According to an article published by Miami Herald last Monday (December 21, 2015), two lawyers from the said law firm is studying the case to be filed against the organization.

The law firm justified the filing of the case by saying that the damage caused by the pageant host’s announcement error is incalculable for it is “not only material, it is (also) moral.”
Just minutes after being named and crowned as Miss Universe 2015, host Steve Harvey went back on stage to apologize for the confusion in the announcement and corrected the mistake he made.
