“Ang Probinsyano” star Coco Martin’s younger brother Ronwaldo Martin got his first lead role as an actor in the Metro Manila Film Festival 2015 new wave entry “Ari: My Life With a King.”
In an interview with Bandila last Tuesday (December 29, 2015), Ron shared that he dedicates his work to his older brother Coco he highly admire. Ron also talked about his first acting experience saying,

“Kinakabahan ako baka di ko magawa yung mga pinapagawa nila. Iniisip ko si Kuya (Coco) eh. Baka magalit si Kuya kaya ginawa ko yun ng maayos. Para din matuwa si Kuya.”
When asked about the best advice he received from his older brother—who started off in the independent film industry as well—Ron said,
“Sabi niya lang sa akin, wag lang daw aarte, natural lang po.”
