In a custody hearing, Cesar Montano vehemently deny the accusation of Sunshine Cruz that he did some immortal acts in front of their daughters. Cesar added that he is not crazy to do such things.
Cesar reiterated that the accusations has something to do with the property he initially refused to give to Sunshine and added that jealousy could be another reason given that he is currently in a relationship.

Cesar also sends his message to her daughters in light of this problem that the family is going through:
“Do not allow anybody to teach you how to lie. Please pray for Daddy. Please pray for Mommy. Pray for our family. Stay with the truth.“
The camp of Sunshine Cruz through her lawyer maintain their allegations.
