Cesar Montano airs frustration over Clark Airport delay

Actor Cesar Montano took to Facebook to express his anger after waiting several hours to be deplaned while at the Clark International Airport last Monday, July 18.

Aboard the Philippine Airlines (PAL) flight 454 from General Santos City, Cesar was one of the planes diverted to Clark after the emergency closure of one of the runways at the Ninoy Aquino International Airport (NAIA).

According to the first video that the actor posted on his Facebook account, they were “stranded” inside the plane without any food or water to drink for four hours.

Cesar wrote:

“We are stranded inside the plane flight 454 PAL with no food and water to drink. From 1pm till now, it’s already 5:20pm we were [given] Oreo biscuit only. And we are not allowed to deplane. Passengers are being deprived to (sic) breath fresh air and eat.”

The actor posted several more videos, giving updates on their situation at the Clark airport. According to him, there was a lack of available transportation to aid the passengers of the affected flights.
