Brazilian model Maria Fabiana bested Kisses Delavin and Maymay Entrata to become the first Miss Teen Pinoy Big Brother 2016. Maria was chosen by judges Miss International 2005 Precious Lara Quigaman-Alcaraz, Miss Earth 2004 Priscilla Meirelles-Estrada and the beauty queen-maker Jonas Gaffud.
Named 1st Runner-Up was Kisses Delavin from Masbate while Cagayan de Oro City’s pride Maymay Entrata got 2nd Runner Up.

The housemates will have vegetables for their meals for failing to win the crown. Had they won, the Brazilian house guests Maria Fabiana and Stephanie Vaz would have been evicted from Big Brother Brazil.
