Norman Balbuena or most commonly known as Boobay was recently rushed in ICU after suffering from stroke but now, the comedian is finally recovering.
In an Instagram post on December 1, Kent Resquir, Boobay’s partner, confirmed that the comedian is no longer in danger and is now recovering in a regular room. Resquir also asked prayers from fans and followers to aide Boobay’s recovery.

“Boobay is no longer at the ICU and now transferred in a regular room. Let us continue to pray for his quick recovery. Thank you so much,” Resquir captioned.
After news spread out that the comedian suffered stoke, Boobay’s friends immediately came to help him and see his condition, namely, comedian Ate Gay, Allan K, and Marian Rivera. The latter even helped Boobay get transferred to St. Luke’s Medical Center.
