Bianca Gonzales shares her ‘preggy’ exercise

Kapamilya host and soon to be mom Bianca Gonzales still keeps herself fit and healthy even during her pregnancy.

On her television guesting at the daily morning show KrisTV on Wednesday (July 15, 2015), Bianca said that she keeps herself fit through a healthy diet and a regular exercise. But she added that she only do exercises suitable for a pregnant woman like her.

“I still workout… yung safe lang. Ang allowed lang ng doctor ko is swimming is okay. Ayaw n’ya ng running kasi parang matagtag. Swimming and then pre-natal pilates’yung mga stretching-stretching,” she said.

On the other hand, Bianca and JC admitted that they have no name yet for their baby girl. However, they are planning to choose among pinoy and spanish names.

“Tinitingnan namin kasi bagay sa family name namin yung mga pinoy, spanish names so nagre-research kami,” said Bianca.
