Rustom Padilla is officially gone as Binibini “BB” Gandanghari takes over after the superior court of Orange county granted the actress’ change of name and gender.
In an Instagram post on November 19, Gandanghari said goodbye to her former self Rustom Padilla where she also celebrated the court’s decision.

BB Gandanghari came out as a transgender during her stint at ‘Pinoy Big Brother’ back in 2006.
