The fight between Manny Pacquiao and Floyd Mayweather Jr. provided more questions than answers – who is the greatest really? Mayweather may have won the fight based on the results but to the hearts of many – Manny is the real winner.
People took to social media their sentiments and opinions about the fight. Some are happy and some are disgusted over the outcome of the fight, more particularly the performance shown by Mayweather.
Actress Angel Locsin took to Twitter her sentiments about Mayweather. In jest, Angel said it is unfair because people cannot notice the blackeye of Mayweather if he had any.
This message of Angel did not sit well to some, branding the message as a racist comment.
Angel tweeted again posting a question – what if she tweeted that a certain person’s complexion is so white that we can’t see his/her “white spots” or “an-an”, will that still be considered a racist comment?
At the end, Angel simply apologize for the tweet she made and said she will just move on. Angel then congratulated both Manny and Floyd.
