After his blockbuster film ‘Imagine You and Me,’ hit Philippine cinemas last July 13, actor Alden Richards burst into tears upon receiving another blessing—a 7x Platinum Award for his album “Wish I May.”
During the July 17 episode of GMA 7’s weekend noontime show ‘Sunday PinaSaya,’ comedienne Ai Ai delas Alas congratulated Alden for the 6x Platinum Award for his album under GMA Records. However, Primetime Queen Marian Rivera-Dantes emerged from the backstage and corrected Ai Ai, bringing with her a 7x Platinum Award for the said album.

“Thank you po kasi hindi kayo bumibitaw. Kahit na ang dami ng nagdududa, ang dami ng nag-gi-giveup sa akin, thank you… Itong 7x platinum, thank you so much,” Alden said to his fans.
