What do El Gamma Penumbra and Gerphil Flores have in common? They are both contestants of Pilipinas Got Talent (AGT) but failed to make it to the finals. Another similarity between them is they both joined Asia’s Got Talent (AGT) and both reached the Top 3, where El Gamma was declared the grand winner while Gerphil landed third.
Ai-Ai Delas Alas, one of the judges of PGT posted a photo of El Gamma on Instagram congratulating them for a job well done. Some of Ai-Ai’s followers commented that the PGT judges fails to recognize the talents of El Gamma and prefer singers for marketing purposes.
Ai-Ai explains that when it comes to the Finals of PGT, judges are practically useless since it is the viewer / audience svotes that matters. Here are the exchanges:
