The painting was a portrait of a man that is reminiscent of a nobleman from the French Renaissance period. However, unique to the painting was the presence of two figures: an angel and a devil that might symbolize the man’s conscience. Notably, the two smaller figures on the man’s shoulders resemble Kronk from the Disney animated film ‘Emperor’s New Groove’.
