Scarlet Snow Belo has been gaining attention on social media for being so adorable and witty in the videos uploaded by her parents Vicki Belo and Hayden Kho.
In a recent post by her mom, the little girl talked about how she said hello to everyone in her Tita’s house and asked for a “reward”.

The celebrity baby was apparently negotiating with her mom and asked if she could watch in their iPad for being nice but then her mom who already mastered how to resist her cuteness knows better!
