Everyone who heard 8 year old Kate singing during the July 5, 2015 episode of The Voice Kids Philippines was amazed on how such a powerful voice comes from a small and cute little lady.
Kate tried her luck at the reality based singing competition as she sang “Hanggang Kailan Kita Mamahalin”, which was an original soundtrack for ABS-CBN’s hit series “The Legal Wife” that stars Angel Locsin, Jericho Rosales and Maja Salvador.

Just singing out few of the lyrics, coach Bamboo pressed his red button right away turning his chair and was surprised that Kate is just 8 years old, Bamboo said her voice is so natural and has quality.
“Kala ko mga 10 ka na, nung nakatalikod ako” uttered Bamboo.
“Kasi yung kulay ng boses mo may quality na natural na natural na pakinggan lang talaga” he added.
Kate then is now part of Camp Kawayan, earning the signature scarf from Coach Bamboo.
